The Barn at 52 Pines' size and beauty are breathtaking. The stunning barn has been expertly designed and has the capability to accommodate events of varied sizes.
 
The Barn at 52 Pines is large enough to host receptions and social gatherings for 400 people, but is also a perfect fit for intimate celebrations or gatherings. The immense indoor space allows for us to serve as an all-weather, all-season venue.

*Holidays are subject to rate changes and may be unavailable for rent.
** Minimum of 2 hours is required for all hourly rentals.
*** Outside of 60 days, Thursdays may not be available for rent. They are available for a full day rental only within 60 days. 

What's Included

  • Use of the main floor of the barn and surrounding outdoor areas

  • Tables and chairs for up to 300 guests (additional tables and chairs can be requested at an additional charge)

  • Table Linens (White)

  • Initial set-up and break down of our tables, chairs, and other decor items belonging to The Barn at 52 Pines

  • Bar service with a variety of beverages available for purchase

Wedding packages also include use of:

  • Designated outdoor ceremony space 

  • Bridal suite

  • Groom's loft

  • A one hour rehearsal for Friday and Saturday weddings. (time must be arranged in advance) Rehearsals are NOT included if you are getting married on a day that is not Friday or Saturday.

  • Two hours of shuttle service between The Barn at 52 Pines and the Hyatt House Minot.

Parking  and Transportation

Our venue includes an onsite parking lot with 100 spaces. We have also partnered with the Hyatt House in Minot to provide two hours of shuttle service at the end of your event to Hyatt House Minot. ** Room pricing and Room availability are not guaranteed. If rooms are not available during your time of stay, shuttle is non-transferable to another property. 

Vendor Requirements

All vendors must be approved by The Barn at 52 Pines in advance. All vendors must be licensed and insured. External beverage vendors are not permitted and per North Dakota law, NO outside alcoholic drinks can be brought on site.
